A-Rod, who celebrates his 46th birthday on Tuesday, July 27th, also seems to be spending his own unforgettable vacation in St. Tropez. The retired athlete enjoys the sun and enjoys a break on a yacht.
“Let the celebrations begin,” he wrote on his Instagram account earlier this week, along with a photo that captured his breathtaking ocean view.
During his trip, Alex even squeezed a 54D fitness session on the boat and shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram of himself and his friends breaking a sweat.
Just as J.Lo moved on with Ben, A-Rod seems to be focused on doing the same. In May he expressed how much he was looking forward to a new era.
“I’m about to start over in my life,” he said on Instagram Stories. “Everything that does not serve me disappears from my life. New energy arises. New levels are opened up for me mentally, physically and spiritually.”
He concluded, “I will be patient and know that this new phase in my life is coming.”
