Like so many of us Matt Damon is caught in the whirlwind romance of Bennifer 3.0. There’s only one difference: he can write BFF Ben Affleck about it.
“Well, I mean, it’s real life stuff,” Matt told People of his text message with Ben. “We all have a whole mess of kids. We pretty much write about everything. There’s so much in the press about him that I usually just review the things I read. ‘Did that happen?’ He says, ‘No, that didn’t happen.’ “
The latest wave of headlines with Ben revolved around his French yacht excursion Jennifer Lopez for her 52nd birthday. During the festivities, the duo reconstructed a moment from their music video from almost 20 years ago when they first met when Ben touched bikini-clad Jens in the clip “Jenny From the Block”.
“All of the pictures that came out are the same as what you see,” Matt continued. “I don’t know anything you don’t know.”
