The Masked Dancer contestants tore us off our feet all season, but only one climbed to the top.

When the finalists were unmasked in the season finale on February 17, the top three had strong dance backgrounds, which made it easy to understand how they’ve impressed us over the past two months.

First, the tulip was awarded third place and debunked as a 16-year-old Dance Moms star Mackenzie Ziegler. It seems she has definitely picked up a few tricks from her 18 year old big sister, Maddie Ziegler.

Panelists only Ashley Tisdale correctly guessed it was Mackenzie. Paula Abdul | predicted the tulip was Liza Koshy, Ken Jeong said Lucy Hale and Brian Austin Green guess Sabrina Zimmermann.

After her reveal, Mackenzie said, “I love tulip. Behind the mask, I could be whoever I wanted to be, and I’ve certainly gained more confidence.”

Dance with the Stars Pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy proved he was a pro for a reason when his character, the sloth, came in second. The ballroom champion and Broadway dancer had one leg up after 17 seasons on DWTS. Most recently he was a partner of Vanessa Lachey, Heather Morris, Amber Rose and Meryl Davis, with which he took first place in 2014.
