An event for a royal!

Princess Sofia and Prince Carl Philip of Sweden celebrated their third son Prince Julian‘s christening on Saturday, August 14th, in the Royal Chapel of Drottningholm Palace in Stockholm, Sweden. The royal couple, who welcomed their little boy in March, beamed during the ceremony.

Sometime during the celebration Bishop Johan Dalman and Pastor Michael Bjerkhagen blessed the little one as his mother carried him. According to several reports, Prince Julian wore the same christening gown his father wore for his own christening in 1979. The family heirloom is said to date from the year Prince Gustav AdolfBaptism from 1906.

The five-month-old royal wasn’t the only one dressed for the special occasion to impress.

His two older brothers Prince Alexander, 5, and Prince GabrielShe, 3, looked adorable in matching outfits that wore cream-colored blazers, white button-down shirts, and dark blue shorts.
