Scott Disick has found an amicable solution with the Colorado-based rehabilitation center All Points North Lodge.

As early as May 2020, it was announced that the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star had decided to seek treatment for previous trauma. But almost a week after the program began, Scott left after the treatment center allegedly leaked a photo of him from a Zoom group.

“Terrifyingly, he’s self-checked for the facility’s HIPAA breach and privacy invasion and is returning home immediately,” said Scott’s attorney Marty Singer previously said E! News. “We are alarmed by this extreme invasion of privacy and plan to take legal action immediately.”

On Friday, February 5, Scott announced that he now does not believe the facility has disclosed any personal information about his visit.

“Behavioral health in this country is still a stigma,” he said in a statement. “This stigma is often the biggest barrier to helping people in need. Both APN Lodge and I believe that anyone seeking help deserves that help without disclosure or advertising.”
