“Grey’s Anatomy”: Sarah Drew teases Dr. April Kepner’s return
No, Jackson Avery didn’t drive eleven hours to see April, even though Grey’s Anatomy made it appear that way.
The promo for the next episode of the ABC hit hit fans a bit confused when it aired last week since we last saw Jackson (Jesse Williams) plan an 11 hour drive to then see him arrive at the house of his ex-wife and mother of his child, April Kepner (Sarah Drew). An episode description helped clear up the problem a bit, explaining that Jackson visits his father first (in Montana, 11 hours away) which “puts him on the right track”.
Now Drew is clearing up that confusion even more.
“April lived in Seattle the whole time,” she said in an interview with E! News. “You have parents with Harriet, so they probably hand over twice a week. You have had a very healthy relationship with parents and have been for three years.”
Whatever Jackson goes to April’s house to say, it’s something he hasn’t said during all the many times he’s seen her since she married Matthew (Justin Bruening) and went to help the Seattle homeless people.
