Riley Keough, Who is Elvis Presley‘s granddaughter and Lisa Marie Presley‘s daughter reflects on how she dealt with her grief a year after her brother Benjamin Keough died at the age of 27.
“I try to be really consciously present and to use nothing as an escape and to be aware of when I do that,” said the Zola actress InStyle in a new interview.
“At the moment I’m just trying to be grateful for everything, to act in love, to keep my heart open and to give and receive love,” said the 32-year-old. “And not in a woo-woo way, because I definitely have tough days and all kinds of aches and pains and stuff.”
“But I think when you realize that this is part of it, and your expectation is not just to experience joy, that is a real change for me to find those moments and things to smile about,” concluded you.
