Miranda Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin were victims of an incident while driving through Atlanta.
The country superstar hit social media on February 4th to announce that they had come to Nashville “a few days ahead of schedule”. As Lambert explained to her 4.1 Instagram followers, the couple who tied the knot in 2019 began a road trip when their Airstream was hit by a car.
“Unfortunately, on the way home through Atlanta, an asshole drove erratically in a small car with temperature tags and tried to squeeze between us and a semi-truck on I-20 W,” Lambert wrote alongside a series of photos from the trip and a video of the Damage. “It hit the airflow on the passenger side and sent us into the left lane. We fished pretty well, but got on our shoulders as quickly as possible to assess the damage.”
“Nobody was hurt, thank God,” she continued. “But nobody stopped either and the car sped away. (Cool Bro) We’re so grateful that nothing worse happened.”
The 37-year-old “Bluebird” singer said his vehicle and trailer were “drivable” so they “made a report and moved home”.
