According to the Associated Press, via ABC News, the country music star will pay the funeral expenses of three men who died after seeing him at the Faster Horses Festival in Michigan, which also includes sets of Jason Aldean and Thomas Rhett.

On July 17th, Kole Sova, 19, William “Richie” Mays Jr., 20, and Dawson Brown, 20, died at a campsite near the festival site of accidental carbon monoxide poisoning described by relatives.

The Lenawee County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement that five men were found unresponsive in a trailer after a friend called 911 about concerns they didn’t hear from them. Three men were pronounced dead at the scene, and two others were rushed to hospital in critical condition. Your current condition is unknown.

Officials suspect the people were exposed to emissions from a generator that was located near the trailer they were staying in.
