Jana Kramer shares her latest feelings about her ongoing divorce from Mike Caussin.
The 37-year-old One Tree Hill alum visited her Instagram story on Wednesday April 28 to post footage of herself explaining how she is doing amid the breakup. Jana announced on April 21 that the couple, who got married in May 2015, had separated.
“It feels weird to be back here,” she said in the new video. “I just want to thank you for all the comments and the DMs and the love and I have to get used to my new normal. Forgive me for not really knowing how to do this yet. You know, I’m trying just really immerse yourself in books and my therapists and not put a band-aid on things, because in order to grow fully you have to mourn and heal. “
She continued, “I’m just trying to be really aware of it and not get distracted with this, that, and the other. But I want to get back to some normalcy – even my new normal. So that’s with you, but again Thank you very much. It means more to me than you know. “
