Meghan Markle begins a new chapter by bringing out her first children’s book.

The book is called The Bench and is due to be released on June 8th. According to a press release, the story is about the “special bond between father and son – from a mother’s point of view”. It “also touchingly captures the developing and expanding relationship between fathers and sons,” the description continues, “and reminds us of the many ways love can take shape and find expression in a modern family.”

According to the announcement, the book was inspired by Meghan’s husband Prince Harry and her almost 2 year old son Archie Harrison.

“The bank started out as a poem I wrote for my husband on Father’s Day, a month after Archie was born,” said the Duchess of Sussex. “That poem became that story.”

And it won’t be long before Archie is a big brother, as Harry and Meghan, who resigned as “working members of the royal family” last year, are expecting a little girl this summer.
