Emma Stone is a busy expectant mother. The Oscar winner was spotted running errands in Los Angeles this week wearing a baby bump under her denim shirt.
This is the first child for the Easy A-star who married the segment director of Saturday Night Live Dave McCary in a private ceremony last year. Although neither of them have spoken about their romance with the press, the couple reportedly met in December 2016 when Emma hosted SNL and Dave directed them in a digital short film. They announced their engagement in December 2019 with a casual Instagram post on Dave’s page in which Emma shows off her one-of-a-kind pearl ring.
Emma and Dave tend to keep their personal lives out of the public eye, but in a 2018 interview with ELLE, the La La Land actress opened up to a good friend Jennifer Lawrence about when she would be ready for children.
“My view of children changed as I got older. I never babysat or anything. As a teenager, I thought I would never get married, I never have children,” she shared at the time. “And then I got older and I thought, I really want to get married, I really want to have kids.”
