When it comes to insults of any kind, the rule is: “Don’t start now.”
On Tuesday, July 27th, to Instagram Stories Dua Lipa made it clear that she speaks out against derogatory statements against marginalized groups.
More specifically, the Grammy winner has said she disagrees DaBabywho recently made negative comments about the LGBTQ + community during his appearance at Rolling Loud in Miami on Sunday July 25th.
Dua and DaBaby previously worked together on a remix of their chart-topping “Levitating”. But despite working with the rapper, the pop star found that her beliefs do not match his.
“I am surprised and appalled by DaBaby’s comments. I really don’t recognize this as the person I’ve worked with, ”she wrote on Instagram Stories. “I know that my fans know where my heart is and that I am 100% with the LGTBQ community.
