This has been a year of new beginnings for Colton Underwood.
The 29-year-old former The Bachelor star shared a carousel of photos on Instagram on Wednesday April 28th showing his recent body transformation. This follows Colton coming out gay during an appearance on Good Morning America on April 14th.
“This year I’ve made my health my priority. Physically and mentally,” said the former NFL player about his post.
The eye-catching pair of shirtless pictures showed that Colton has had abs for days now, and in fact one of the pictures was a close-up of his midsection, which also featured his impressive biceps.
A number of Bachelor Nation favorites took up the comments to praise his muscular look. “Drop that workout brother,” said another NFL alum Clay Harbor wrote, along with one eye emoji.
“The peloton is working doeeeee” Blake Horstmann divided. And Chris Randone commented: “Bro ….. chill.”
When coming out while sitting with GMAs Robin Roberts Earlier this month, Colton said, “I’m the happiest and healthiest I’ve ever been in my life.”
