In today’s June 8 episode of Botched, Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow to treat Jodi, a firefighter joking on her own chest about a level 4 disaster. After a series of traumatic breast augmentations, Jodi was left with flip-flopped flapjack breasts.
“It took over my life,” admitted Jodi. “I’ve been called a guy a couple of times. I think about my chest every day. I cry when I look in the mirror. I don’t feel feminine at all and it’s humiliating not to have a chest.”
Jodi was even referred to as a “Pain-in-My-Ass patient” by her previous surgeon after more than nine operations with failed implants. She even had a dime-sized hole in her chest after an operation.
Like Dr. Dubrow put it, Jodi was ultimately left with “very drained breasts with excess skin”. Nassif and Dubrow want to make sure they don’t repeat the same mistakes as Jodi’s other doctors, as Jodi has a history of implants that “went through”.
